Terms & Conditions

​1. Booking confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed after payment is received or a confirmation letter is sent to the client.
2. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. The accommodation company has the right to change prices before confirming the booking.
3. Cancellation and changes
The conditions for cancelling and changing a booking depend on the selected price plan and are visible at the time of booking.
4. Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Later check-out and earlier check-in are possible only by prior agreement.
5. Guest obligations
The guest undertakes to use the accommodation facilities in a prudent manner and to compensate for any damage caused by him or his companions.
6. Liability
The accommodation company is not liable for the loss, theft or damage of the guest's personal belongings, except in cases provided for by law.
7. Processing of personal data
The personal data provided when making a reservation will be used to manage the reservation and will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
8. Force majeure
The accommodation provider is not liable for failure to fulfill its obligations if this is due to force majeure.
9. Applicable law
These terms and conditions are subject to the law of the Republic of Estonia.
